Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship quickly from our warehouse in BC, Canada! This is also where we are based for after sales support and warranty service. When you contact us, you're talking to a group of car enthusiasts from BC eh! :)
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to Canada and the USA. USA buyers, you will not pay any import duties when buying from us, so go a head, place an order !! Note: All orders must ship to matching credit card billing address. We do not accept orders from mismatched billing and shipping addresses.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: If you are from Canada, we typically use a quick shipping method from Canadapost or UPS. Orders shipped to the USA will usually be shipped via UPS. We typically require signatures for all shipments, but its at our discretion.
Q: What other websites do you sell on?
A: We are "Dragy Canada". This is our only website, www.dragy.ca. We do not sell on any other websites. Please note that if you purchase on any other website, we cannot provide you with warranty or service for your Dragy, you will have to contact the seller from which you purchased from for after sales support. To ensure the best service and warranty, please place your order here on Dragy.ca.

A: The best way to contact us is through email to contact@dragy.ca . We reply to all inquiries quickly.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 15 day return policy on unopened and unused products. We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking charge. Dragy comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, please contact us at contact@dragy.ca if you have questions or need assistance with your device. We will not accept returns without an RMA number/authorization, you must contact us prior to processing a return. See more details here.
DO NOT LEAVE DRAGY IN A HOT CAR. The heat can cause damage to the battery and will NOT be covered under warranty.
Q: If you are Canadian, why does this store charge in US dollars?
A: We charge in US dollars because Dragy products are paid for by us in US dollars, so it is much easier to keep the pricing stable and predicable. Your credit card company will do the conversion automatically so you will always get the best price.
