If you receive a product that does not work brand new out of the box, please contact us ASAP! It is extremely rare for this to occur, but we are here to help you. The best way to contact us is by email at email@example.com
The following policies apply:
- Contact us for a RMA Ticket before sending the product to us. We will not be able to accept any returns which do not have an RMA Ticket.
- We will not accept returns for a product that has been abused, misused, destroyed, or otherwise in poor condition.
- DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DRAGY IN YOUR VEHICLE IN HOT WEATHER. It can cause the battery to swell and damage the unit. THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
- Our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, as shipping costs are non refundable. This means if, for example, you used a free shipping coupon or flat rate shipping, or free shipping, we will deduct the actual amount that it cost us to ship your order from your refund. Note that on most occasions we pay more to ship your order than what we charge you.
- You must send the product back to our main office located in BC, Canada. Mailing address will be provided when you initiate a return request.
- Returns must be sent pre-paid without any additional charges for us to accept it. Unfortunately we will have to reject any returns that have postage, taxes, or duties due.
- Your refund will be issued after we have received and inspected your return.
- We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking charge.
- We cannot accept used or open box products. Absolutely no returns after 14 days. We will not accept returns for products not purchased from us.
- Every Dragy unit shipped by us has a serial number label on it and on the box. We will absolutely not accept any returns with damaged, illegible, removed, or tampered with serial number labels, or with labels that do not match the box, or units with serial numbers which do not match the record we have of sending you. We record all serial numbers before shipping out orders.
